Does anyone know where I could find a very good shoemaker in Thailand,  Singapore or Hong Kong?

There is one on the ground floor of the Mandarian Hotel something Loeb is the name.  There was another in the Hyatt on Kowloon side but don't know where they moved to after the hotel was demolished. 

I will most certainly go there my next trip to HK.
