If that's real and not staged, then it's very funny
and even if it is staged, it's still pretty funny. At the end of the video it looks like the guy is about to get out of his car, probably to punch that old lady in the face and the stomach. I wonder what actually happened.

I recall airbags are not triggered by impact sensors, but by accelerometers that trigger on a specific deceleration, so hitting the bumper wouldn't have the right affect. Not that I don't like it, mind you.
