Currently right now, mine is the Aston Martin DBS.  I'm wondering if it looks good in white, but the dark grey one looks awesome in the James Bond movie.

I actually have two all-time favorites.  Love the 60's era Ferrari GTO and the AC Cobra.  Sorry, but I don't have any pictures off-hand.  Just love the mystic of the super-rare Ferrari and Cobra's. 

dream car i would actually purchase,

nothing better than a front bonnet ferrari with V12.... i would order non pearl white with a merlot interior.




dream car i would only purchase if i won the lottery as i feel their are numerous cars in same range for less.. this would just be almost throwing money away

also in non pearl white, merlot interior... for the zonda i would choose ostrich interior however since it is an option and the shoes to be cobbled for me would be merlot ostrich as well with a brushed aluminum horsebit to match the wheels..

I'm partial to the 8-cylinder Vantage convertible. Alas, I don't have a picture of one in my favorite color. I've got a dealer within a stone's throw of my house. I drive past every day. Sigh. And to add insult to injury, one of my neighbors drives a dark gray DBS. Thou shall not covet they neighbor's, urm, cars, but that's no fun!

But if I really had my druthers, I'd love to tool around in one of these puppies....

I wish the Tesla guys would do an "affordable" and electric version of the Bugatti Veyron. Love that body style. Can live without the multitude of radiators, have zero interest in driving 250+ mph (and running out of gas in 17 minutes at that speed), and am happy to forgo the mechanic who's on call 24/7.

AM and R8 are also my dream cars, chic and sexy...  Right now driving a BMW X5, sooooo heavy ....

The DBS has too many scoops and vents. Perhaps some of the styling department have been staring at Mitsubish Evos too long.

My dream: Maserati A6G Zagato.

In the interim, an Alfa Giulietta Spider suffices.

you should expect to see this dream list from me:

Land rover defender 90, new and old mini cooper, old vw beetle, citroen 2cv, fiat 500 new and old, a london cab, morgan 8, plymouth prowler, any muscle car from foose.

If I have spare cash, I would also consider these: Maseratti Quatroporte, Aston Martin Lagonda, any Rolls-Royce cabriolet.

Unfortunately, the cars i use now is mundane: toyota minivan, 1996 bmw 735, and chrysler pt cruiser. Used to own a mini cooper, bought 2nd hand, lots of problems, sold it. Now ichy to own another mini. Mini for me is the ultimate car.

I misread Anthony's request. It called for a daily driver. In that case, something comfortable, such as an Arnage perhaps? Or the opposite a Clio V6?

seldom drive anymore (trust me you do not want to drive here, survival of the fittest), I would need 3 cars:

1. A london cab to go to the office.

2. A land rover defender 90 to send the kids to school

3. A mini cooper for my personal drive to the golf course and burn some rubbers to buy rubbers at corner grocery stores.

Come to think of the list, all are british. Hmmmm..... never realize I like British design, oh well, it's time for me to call Mr. Smith then

I am not sure where you are in Indonesia. But I have driven and ridden motorcycles and scooters around Java (Jakarta to Yogjakarta), Bali, Lombok, and some islands... All a challenge and in some ways, no worse than doing the same here at home.

Minis are still great fun, even in traffic. I am getting lazy and like the idea of Air Conditioning. Sweating is what I do on a bike. But driving a Morris is just fun. Even though I hate working on A-series engines...Alfas on the other hand, are almost fun.

Why is the Defender so popular? I love them (a good family friend used to work at LD, in fact he was the first person to be transported in the first PopeMobile), but my affection is rare.

 

It is also my daily driver.

but your list of cars is virtually the same.  I do own and drive the Range Rover (brilliant brilliant car by the way) as I have a family and need to get them across London (more an urban assault course).  Would probably add some of the early Ferrari's: for example, the 225 tipo barchetta (below), or the 250 or 275's, the DB4 Zagato, a Bristol from the 1950's, but otherwise, first class list!

This is a Daily Driver list!

I had a Bristol to play with for  a couple of weeks, never as a daily driver!

If the list is just dream cars..... How much space and bandwidth do we have? And we haven't even mentioned motorcycles....

... as a daily user i really like my own mini cooper ... it's very nimble, fast enough and a pleasure to find parking spots in town ...

if money where no matter i would prfer an Aston maybe , but eventually the Bentley Continental GT would come first ... i had the chance of test-driving one a couple of months ago and i can tell you guys: THAT IS A CAR I CAN LIVE WITH !!!

I know what you mean regarding the Challenger.

But having driven one (all Vanishing Point inspired) it really wasn't near what I thought it might be. I've had more fun in a mini 850...

Still, had I the $ and the garage space...yes.
