Always loved Alfas, and even knew how to set the cams up right when I was 14!! And no Italian blood in me, just an acquired glaze I guess. Love their designs, women, and pastries.
RR.
I agree, Snak. In an era of wedges, it really stands out. A little too heavy looking, though
The Maseratis (esp. the Quattroporte) look like Pininfarina got the direly styled Daewoo Leganza (a Guigiaro 'effort') and 'improved' it.
My biggest gripe, I guess, is just which Alfa it's supposed to be channelling? The styling is retro but could be anything....So that, combined with its parentage, makes this Alfa fan a little disappointed.

That's a Tipo 33/2 Periscope. Two-litre, V-8...I think about 250+ hp (but who knows?). 600kg.
The Stradale 33 is also lovely. I'd go as far as say gorgeous.
But the 8C Competizione....just too big. I mean, what sportscar is allowed to weigh 1700kg?
TZ1...
Another piece of Carlo Chiti genius....

...between a 4WD and a 105 Spider so sadly, very sadly, no profile shots.
Kamm tail shot:

saw the Alfa first, that Porsche crossing Wilshire next.
What girls?
its lines are perfect, its engine superb, the interior sublime. and they are all sold out
