Hello

I am new here and would like to introduce myself. I have been in the watch business all my life. I am, or rather used to be, an actual watchmaker, so I understand and appreciate the beauty of better movements and there are certainly many brands here that have my fascination. Despite spending my entire adult life among watches, I don't have any collection worth mentioning. I plan to change that in the forseeable future. My ultimate goal is the GP 3 gold bridge tourbillon. If only the lottery gods would smile on me.......

I hope to place many a post and get to know all (or at least some) of you.

Just a picture is almost enough to make me drool. That is without a doubt my favorite watch, I'd want rose gold, though.

if you have been around watches all your life you habe probably come across many a vintage piece. a lot of our brand forums are big on vintage watches especially Omega and Rolex so if you have and pics of rare or unusual pieces or can add your knowledge to discussions already underway please join in.
we also have the new watch tech page which may be your home from home. people ask about issues with certain movements or the more knowledgable show us how its done. its a good place to learn and to teach.
