I just came back from an exhausting trip to Flores (I let you all Google it yourself) to open my school. In the mean time, it's a waste to go to Flores without stopping by at its most famous tourist attraction: Komodo Dragon.
A bit from Wiki: The Komodo dragon (Varanus komodoensis), also known as the Komodo monitor, is a large species of lizard found in the Indonesian islands of Komodo, Rinca, Flores, Gili Motang, and Padar. A member of the monitor lizard family (Varanidae), it is the largest living species of lizard, growing to a maximum length of 3 metres (10 ft) in rare cases and weighing up to around 70 kilograms (150 lb).
I let you gaze at the pictures and decide for yourself whether it's worth it to fly all the way to Indonesia and to enjoy the sea and the scenery.

The school is located at Pong Ruan village, deep in the middle of Flores island. It's a long long drive, from Labuan Bajo (the entrance to Komodo) it would take more than 9 hours to reach the school. But it's fun and it's worth the journey.

. You just need to travel more.
donated money to built classrooms, toilets, and teacher's office. It's been destroyed by typhoon last year.
If you look at my history, you will find that I posted about this little project last year.
