It is a Senator Klassik from about 1999-2000.
It contains caliber 39 with a DD chronograph module.
So the reference number should be something like 39-31-...... Jocke will know for sure.
A nice classic design, fortunately without a date as in those days there was no panorama date yet.

This watch is
a ref 39-31-11-13-04 and comes on a black crock strap from the start. If I remember correct so is it made in 2001.
