How is a 2010 Pre-SIHH piece already on the market?

This year Panerai has delivered some pieces of two 2010 Special Edition: PAM344 and PAM349 (Radiomir Minerva movement limited to 12pcs.)

Honestly I don't know "why" and is strange, but  they have delivered... You should ask them
