I've just seen a 49 mm black beast on insta, the LAB-IDâ„¢ Luminor 1950 carbotech 3 Days.
Nice toy

Any photos Bruno?

Regarding your last point, we respect embargoes here as directed.  In this case, once the fair officially opens, most embargoes are lifted and we can post as we wish.  Something like the new Mare Nostrum, I have not seen it and it is not even on the Panerai website.  I doubt Panerai has sent any releases to our team as nothing has been added here yet.

Feel free to populate your texts with photos.

I haven't seen the Mare Nostrum or the 232 look-a-likes yet either...

Well, I did see one poster on Instagram post wristshots of a watch that looked a lot like the 232 (I believe it was labelled the PAM721) and a similar watch with a sterile dial. He used the tag #sihh2017 implying they were new releases. But I've looked at all of the major sources of SIHH information that have included extensive coverage of the new Panerai releases and nobody has mentioned it. I just assumed the information on Instagram did not reflect reality.

They saved the best for last....

After releasing the novelties (America's Cup+Subs) they scored big with the true-blue-Paneristi..yesterday. The "anonymous" (3646 without lettering on the dial) is an absolute beauty IMO of course. I don't quite understand the need to release a "clone" of the Mare Nostrum, but I'm sure there will be Paneristis the world over, jumping for joy smile

Any photos? [nt]

I don't have that info, unfortunately.

It normally takes them a little while, before the website gets updated. The only "hint" I can give you...any minute now..LOL

232/294 "simile"

LuminorDue

All the pictures in this and preceeding posts come from: Images by seblonch74

Hi sergio. Would you know if that "simile" ..

 By: Echi : January 17th, 2017-16:17
Would be for the normal lineup vs ltd Ed? Might be the nearest thing I can get to a clean rad. 47mm? Thanks!
Echi

The whole scenario it's a bit fuzzy...

 By: sergio : January 17th, 2017-16:33
at this point in time. I believe that the big Rads shouldn't be L.E. or so it's confirmed by they're absence from the 2017 LE list, on the official website. The only 2 models that I envisage..a little trouble...in obtaining are the 700 and the 671 bronzo. The others should be pretty much fair game, but don't quote me, just yet LOL

Thanks! I missed out on a 232..

So that "simile" is a nice enough piece to fix that loss. Round it with a 587 and I'll be happy. I'm already thinking of selling all my other watches and just go after this kind of a set up.

Very odd...

That these are going virtually unmentioned by the major watch sites/blogs. Perhaps not as sexy as BMG-TECH or LAB-ID but I'd think these would be of great interest to the more traditional Panerai collector. This message has been edited by sergio on 2017-01-18 04:53:43

I confirm. There are..traditional..Panerai collectors

that are going..goo-goo-gaa-gaa..right about now smile

Myself included...

The 720/21 are SE of 1000 each. The NDA for these models is yet to expire and I have no idea when it does.
