... even if you are right handed, and in the case of Panerai they have deep historiacal roots. In the past, these watches were intended for military divers and some of them preferred to wear the watch on the right wrist and the compass and depth gauge on the left wrist. The Destro was the ideal watch in that use too. Today Panerai keeps the tradition of offering some of its models as "Destro" variants today. Other brands as the Tudor Pelagos also offer a left hand variant of their watch with crown at 9 o clock. Even if you wear the watch on the left, a big crown protector or bridge of Destro can be more comfortable on the wrist when at "9" as they no longer dig on your hand as it can happen with the "normal" watch Cheers!
