A decade with the PAM 190
Still love it as much as the day I bought it. One of the watches I've owned the longest - coming up on ten years! I'm sure it's overdue for a service but I'm hesitant to send it off...
I have my 190 on the original strap.
In the safe i really need to get on my wrist.
Smmooth as butter when you wind the JLC eight days movement.

Watches are not automobiles. You only "service" them when they stop ticking or loose punctuality

As long as it runs well... No need to send it for a service. That's certainly a very good modern Panerai, with a... JLC movement. I had a special version of the 190, the 198, and loved it. [nt]

I'm embarrassed to admit...
That I only recently discovered that the hand on the power reserve indicator is lumed. Not something I'd ever noticed before or saw mentioned anywhere.
Haha... one of the nuanced details I loved...
Note the panerai movement 2002/9 on the 346 and 368 and all other panerai backside PR indicator hands have lume as well.
All dial side PR hand have lume besides the 27/28 A/B series I believe they just have silver arrow hands with no lume.
Perhaps some of the 27/28 B series have lumed “leaf” hands, but surely all the 27/28 A series have the non lumed arrow hands.
