My boutique offered me a bronzo?
I was offered a new bronzo from my boutique - should I jump on it? It’s nice watch but I was not really looking for another just now... FOMO
If you *like* it and have a spare $17K burning a hole in your pocket you wouldn't lose any money
The other two Bronzo models have become collector's items. (Past results are no indication of future performance disclaimer here).
But of course we don't discuss prices, appreciation or depreciation here. All that mundane stuff doesn't exist and money grows on trees ;-)

were limited editions, that's why the...hullabaloo...This is a regular production model. Want one? Go to boutique and buy it. No secret handshakes to be exchanged at the door, no whispering hoping nobody hears you...know what I mean? 
I'd missed that detail Sergio, when I saw it I just assumed another LE.
If they make one in 44mm then it'd be something I might be interested in; my 47mm days are well behind me.
I had a look in the Panerai website....
just to make sure and I found it in the...general production...area (in the Subs). If there's something I've learned, since becoming a Panerai freak is that: "Things shall come to those who wait". Just seat on the bank of the river and sooner or later the Panerai you've always dreamt, will float before your very eyes. LOLLLLL Maybe not exactely the colour of your dreams by a 44mm nonetheless.

you don't like it, you don't. You want to chase after "clever investment"? Buy gold. That being said, if your boutique has..offered..you one, instead of you pitching a tent outside and begging everyone that goes in or out of said boutique (looking even remotely like a possible Panerai's employee) I'd ask myself a couple of questions, don't you?
Looks very high tech n trendy.. Certainly looks MUCH better than any 305..
But... We all know panerai is about the DNA.. I am contained with my basic 372.
Heard rumours that panerai may be introducing a new “bronzo” every year .. and this particular one is non limited too.

I’m not a fan of this brown dial and especially ceramic bezel version.
Prefer the old full bronze versions for sure but that’s just me. I’ve also been offered one from my boutique about 2 weeks ago and simply said: no thank you.
If you’re buying it hoping for the price to go up then forget it. It’s a regular production piece. If you like it and think it will complement your collection nicely then take it. I suppose sine you’re asking our opinion whether to take it or not then you’re definitely not convinced 😉

I have no doubt the price will go up - just as the others have. Look as the Rolex madness just shows it does not have to be limited to be in demand. Decided to pull the trigger why not add a bronzo!

It’s a “limited edition.”
My understanding is that the piece is a “limited edition” of no more than 1000 pieces per series that may or may not be produced in subsequent years. “Special Edition” is now reserved for truly limited pieces, eg the “experience” pieces. The nomenclature is changing to regular (not numbered), limited and special editions...so I’ve heard.
