I probably don’t know a panerai which you haven’t had at a given time 😳. It’s more the other way around. U had some I even don’t know .
Well, I had almost all the Pre Vendome, and some very cool Vendome, such as the 217, 127, PAM 36 and 40, the Arktos 192, the Regatta 199, the Tantalum 192, the Rad 198 and 163, the Cali 249...
And a few others...

This one is amongst the most charismatic models from Panerai
I was lucky to be able to order one new in London back in 2003. I just fell in love with it as soon as it was announced.
I had a deposit down but did not pull the trigger: too big for me. An Aquanaut jumbo won my heart instead in that year.
Congrats, this is a keeper.
For those with the wrist for it, yes, it’s the King (or Queen).
For the rest of us, sometimes it’s more like the Joker !
It will always be a defining modern Panerai for me. Just love it. (But couldn’t ever pull it off on my wrist).
