To be precise, there exist a few other "anonymous" references, such as the Pam 350 and 528 (pictures below taken from the web). However, these and related references (which I think are part of a "Lo scienziato" series) are all openworked, so we can barely speak of a dial and I don't think they should be part of the same discussion.

I was looking this up tonight as I got very interested in this topic, but there seem to have been more in recent years...
At a quick search among the California dials, we can find at least three more references: PAM 629 (a limited edition of 300 from 2015), ref. 718 (50 pieces from 2016), and ref. 448 (750 pieces from 2012). So maybe now the topic is a bit less interesting...I haven't searched the non-Californias, perhaps you mean the 721 is the only one? Cheers.

Correct Nico, all these references (and certainly more, as Sergio said) have anonymous dials...[pics of the 629 and 448 taken from the web, of the 718 from a WPS thread]👍
Also the platinum Cali..PAM262...
has an anonymous dial. The conclusion could be that the California dialled models are prevalently (if not all) anonymous, whereby the 721 is the..only..other Panerai with an anonymous one.
Indeed, that seems now the best possible conclusion...maybe I’ll look it up a bit more today, it’d still be interesting if the 721 were the only recent, non-California anonymous dial😉 [nt]

Here's a little more information, as I looked further into this topic this morning, and it was interesting!
From what I was able to find, the 721 does indeed seem (essentially) the only recent Panerai reference with a non-California, anonymous dial.
Otherwise, as I said, so far I have found NO other examples besides the 721! ;-)

I doubt sir. Sergio shall have objections over skeleton dial when we are discussing purity of it!!

I think that..intent
also playes a part here. On the skeleton models there is just no space for any..scribble..and as a consequence they are..anonymous. On the Scenziato they found some space on the inside of the bezel, on the 528 there was not even space for that I believe the Cali dial was just "accepted" like that and nobody bothered to add any...identifying...scribble. As for the 721 we all know why there was no Panerai written on the original and the re-make is the clone of that one. Pun, purity has alas become an obsolete parameter when comparing apples with pears. All I can say about a number of models, these days is: not my cup of tea
