As inspired by Yacomino’s 995 compositions...
I snapped a few pics of my PAM 995 on the fly. I couldn’t capture the nice green shade of this dial, but it really is very cool. I’d like to try the canvas strap at some point, since Yacomino and Ahoi make it look so nice on their 995s.

I would love to also get the leather strap a few shades lighter then the one that comes with it but no luck finding it!

I have been told (at an AD in the US) that the Panerai leather strap inventory has been negatively impacted by the pandemic, in terms of production, distribution, and availability.
That would explain why I could not order a new one in a different color! And yes the rubber strap fit well

Regarding alternative leather straps in particular, I agree with you about a lighter shade looking nice. When I initially bought mine, I also bought the tan/light brown strap that they use on the 998, whose combo I liked. But my wife liked the dark brown so I stayed with that. Notably, the canvas strap color is close in color to the 998 strap, but without the green accents. Another really nice option may be that sage colored strap that Watchonthewrist posted recently on his Seiko...that is one I’d like to look into🤔
