Panerai PAM 64 Aka La Bomba.
By: amanico : December 21st, 2024-11:30
That was a cool one. Full of character, weighting a dead donkey, not really aesthetic, but hey, a true bad boy.
Good memories...
Best,
Nicolas

I’ve always admired this one.

I’ve been tempted over the years but never pulled the trigger. The tritium dial makes it very nice for me.

I've never ventured into the Panerai world...
By: Goh : December 21st, 2024-13:07
as I was pretty much a bracelet guy in those days.
I only had the 337 and 338, both very modest size. This one is a beast - but is it really that heavy?

By: blau : December 22nd, 2024-19:14
Panerai calls it something else of course and gives it some straight graining decoration instead of the stripes you'll find on a Piaget, but I don't believe there are any mechanical changes.
Whatever it is it's a real pleasure to wind.
