Panerai Pre Vendome 5218 205/A . A special one.

Normally, it should be engraved 205/A and not 201/A. But a few of the 205/A received a Logo Pre V case back ( 201/A ).
Such as this one:

They were the 12 first 205s made. Stallone needed them urgently and so it was decided to only change the dial on already existing 201s. All 205s and 207s were made with unsold 201 stock.
