Not sure about the hands though. Watches which surfaced far from Montecatini Terme have blued hands. Check out the overview of all known 6154s I published here:

Oof super detective work, José. The 6154 case number 997579 has a gorgeous dial.
I could only saw one 6154,
It's a Ferrettistein 6154
This very watch got me banned from Paneristi.com in 2015 
The dial was changed and the movement is from a 1940s Rolex pocket watch.

At least 16! 6154s came from Montecatini. They have all kinds of weird movements. When I visited him the first time in 2016, he told me he had found them in Egypt. Later he changed the story. Someone else had found them in Egypt and sold them to him.

When I was still living in Singapore....
after a look at Ferretti's website/for sale section, I saw a piece I was interested. A 3646 circa 1950. I called him and had a weird conversation. Something didn't seem to click. So I just let it go. I also asked after the WWF model PAM037 (of which he had few for sale) but also that part went not so well. I promised myself to stop over in Montecatini but, by the time I visited Italy again, I just didn't follow through.
I never followed the Pam movement
Too big and chunky for me. But that patina on the white dial looks cool to me.
