I think it has something to do with how much a strap can change the whole look of the watch. At first, I didn't think it would make a huge difference, but boy was I wrong!

Now my wife thinks I'm crazy getting all these straps. Lol!

There is a pile equally high of a whole bunch more straps.  Unfortunately for my I came late to the game so I don't have much in the way of original preV straps and buckles.  Those can run in the low to high thousands.  And that is if you are lucky enough to find any.

No phone calls permitted to Kevin, Simona or Greg Stevens and surprise visits from staff for random "wrist checks" So with six Panerais ..18 to 20 straps is OK....I'm doing well ...down from an 8 ratio ..not by self restraint ,but by adding a new watch to the collection...Hey..I LIKE that cure!!

 

And I am a strapOHolic.  It has been two weeks since I last bought a strap.
