That piece is such a "stellar" collectors piece.
The rarity plus the great looks does not even warrant such a thought...... As to subject it to a PVD or DLC?!?!?! No way!!

keep it original, this is an exclusive piece and will not be original anymore.
PVD any Rolex, there are sóóóóó many around and in black they do look a lot better,
from what I've seen at the Rolex forum.

I like the idea of PVD/DLC this very collectable watch.  I flies in the face of good sense.  I worship anyone who can do that!!!

yes it may be look cool now,because pvd and black ceramic are very "IN" right now. but think about 5 years ahead.
probably pvd are not so IN anymore. and you loose one of the most desire and collectible piece of panerai
so please dont do it.

but are enough of a perfectionist to never sully that treasure with an aftermarket finish...or so i hope.

very wicked indeed...but I agree this rare piece looks great the way it is..If it were a 3K watch it would be a different story (or if I had 2 hahaha)...Best to leave it like it is...Cheers guillermo
