Most of you probably know the 360 is a limited ed. launched for 10 years Paneristi, only 300 pc will be made !
I must say I like the vintage look with the patina coloured dial and hands, but on the other hand it's a pitty they didn't made a bigger difference
with the 195 (same logo, same PVD look, same case) of course there's always something to debate on but still they could have done maybe
a little more effort to make it more different
just my 2c and probably because i own a 195 allready
let me know what you think ...
that OP would have put an inhouse movement in it for that price ... helas it will be a standard ETA
you are right that the price is not a 'give away' present, but if i compare with the 3990 € I payed for the 195 back in 2003, then i guess it's normal (but still a lot for a simple watch
)

when the 195 was 4K in 2003, 5.5K in 2010 is not exagerated
Besides a simple 26 was also 6K 2 years ago ( just the hand fot the seconds doesn't make it complicated, does it
)
200 units LE, Sub second and 3 lines Luminor/Marina/Panerai and logo
Pam 360 is a commemorative 10 years of paneristi.com with a Simpler dial: 3,6,9 and 12 and 2 lines: Luminor/Panerai and logo
Both are nice to have in a collection.
Personnaly, as paneristi.com member, I hope I could get a 360 engraved with my name. Will see.
If so, I will post some pic and wristshots.
Thanks to Panerai to always surprise us.
Cheers,
patrickh
I hope they are smart enoug NOT to put your name on the watch
That messe up any watch (imo)
you want to sell it one day.
For me, I am thinking to give it later to my son, even if it is not a Patek LOL
Cheers,
Patrickh
and also for these I would hate it if it had my name on the caseback, dial or whatever
I don't understand why people want to mess up theis JLC Reverso with some engravings
of some owner and the others
Vintage Panerai have some engravings and some JLC reverso too.
At each his own for the best,
We do not have the same point of view, that is the life, No matter with that ;-))
cheers,
patrickh
for selected (?) paneristi.com members. that's the rule
You will have to have this in mind.
Cheers

I really like it a lot ! Love the PVD case and the vintage looking luminova is gorgeous.
The last years I only had Radiomirs and this would just be the perfect Luminor if you ask me. 300 PCE is ofcourse EXTREMELY limited. Watches like the PAM 127 (1950 pce), the 232 (1938 pce) the 249 (1938 pce) the 339 ( 1500 pce) were in fact sold out a few hours after SIHH. So this watch with only 300 pce ... you don't want to know how difficult this will be.
Your 195 is a very nice one too but I think I will prefer the 360 because of the orange-yellow-brown Luminova
This is a dream to many of us, the 202/a Marina Militare from the early 1990's
Now the good news, this 360 could give you the same pleasure. But it might be as hard to get as the original LOL. The only difference is that the 202/a is insane expensive while the 360 is very affordable (at list, I'm affraid second hand it will be a disaster)
That is the best looking Luminor since Panerai was bought by Richemont. And maybe the most beautifull Luminor EVER !
I haven't had time to check Paneristi for such a very long time since all the forums here eat up all my time.
The Panerai PAM360 looks like a cool watch, and hope those who want to get one will get one. The PAM195 was a headache, especially engraving owner's name in the caseback. The PVD coating has held up really well since mine still looks almost new.
Will this PAM360 have the DLC or PVD coating? (Yes I know DLC is a form of PVD but the look of each is slightly different).
Cheers,
Anthony
PS. Btw, I have a feeling Panerai will bump up the 300 pieces to maybe 500. The demand for this PAM360 is going to be through the roof!

It is asthetically pleasing in the metal (PVD + base + logo + 'aged' markers) yet so much more because of what it truly represents. For the sentiments behind it, I think it is one of the best watches of the Vendome era.
However, if you're comparing the 360 with the Pre-Vendomes, clearly there is no comparison. The Pre-Vs are irreplaceable, and hence the 360 is a different animal from its Pre-V predecessors.
Just my humble 0.02.
.
Hope to see one in the flesh soon.
