Officine Panerai

Hi to all, thanks for all your comments & congrats messages on my recent posts - Pam346 & OOR issues.
When Pam252 came out in 2006, I already found this Panerai watch unusual but I wasn't in any position to acquire this watch. An unexpected visit to some secondhand stores on the weekend, I saw my "dream" Pam252 in a shop window. To cut a long story short, I bought it without much hesitation, it was near mint condition, complete with all papers, tags & accessories, even the original price tag was inside.

Reviewing on my Pam346 posts, I realised members would like to see photos of the watch in real life condition, and so I "tried" my best to photograph both my Pam346 & Pam 252 with my pocket camera and share with readers from the forum. BTW, the Pam252 has a lovely blue dial and none of the hands have been oxidized. Such is the condition of this watch.

The only thing I could say in negative is that there are not comfortable to wear, due to the engraved domed case back, but hey,  I could live with mine ( Pam 92 )  for some years, and happily!

Congrats on the tough Luminor North Pole, and the classy Rad 8 Days. Mate, those two Pams complement each other so well.

Do agree the dial on the 252 is brilliant.  Complement your 346 quite well!

I have heard of Blue Dial on certain Special Edition models, and when I saw the North Pole GMT dial, this watch must go "home" with me. I now have regular black dial, brown dial on the 346, white dial on Pam188 and North Pole GMT blue dial, and what's next - may be the Bronze Panerai 382, with the green dial.
