Dear collectors,
I have been offered or rather given an opportunity to buy a pam289 gmt in rose gold and tobacco brown dial. Iam not a big fan of rose gold but wanted ur all feedback on the collectible aspect of this reference.

The PAM289 is a beautiful piece though!

as far as investments go (should this be the case) my 197 with an 8 days JLC movement, it's worth less than the 127, 217 which are in SS and sport a Unitas movement. Paneristi, go figure....

I recently acquired a PAM319, which i think would be a better option for a rose gold panerai piece. 
Firstly its HUGE!! so if you have the wrist for it, why not..
2ndly it has a P2006 movement, the only piece which uses this movement.
I know as an investment piece, these rose gold pieces won't be the way to go. but maybe in many years, if gold prices go up to like $5000/ounce, this piece could be worth something.... hehe

Almost like a RG version of the 233. If you like it you should pick one up.

pam344 Luminor 1950 Chrono Monopulsante 8 Days Oro Rosa, because it's rose gold case appear less yellow and more pink than most of the others, yet it's limited to 150 pcs with a lovely and coherent circular power reserve indicator!
still it won't be good for investment unless you are offered to buy it at really really low price.
