Who would buy a Ferrari Hublot watch?  Any takers here?

And do you think they would be better looking than the Panerai Ferrari watches?

or Ferrari should just order enough pieces to go with their car production and give one to each owner....

And it will be interesting to see if it impacts current Hublot's motoring theme inspired lineup.

As long as Hublot doesn't replace the Shell livery on the F1 cars, I am really not swayed either way.

But in many ways, Hublot and Ferrari is more compatible then GP and Panerai prior.

GP made the most nicest represetative pieces for Ferrari and to me till today they were the best.

Things change, in our contest I think often for worse but hey let's stay optimistic. I agree with with you if there is one guy that can do it, it will be Mr. Beaver.  I do not know how he does it and I am often not interested, but I admire him for being able to turning a piece of burnt charkoal into gold ;-)

There were a few GP watches which were marevellous, such as the Chrono Rattrapante, for example.

But there wer also, and sadly, many other uninspired watches, in my opinion.

Like many things in life, if the recipe is to release a few watches, it may work, if now you have in mind to release too many, it may well be another disaster.

in retrospect that I liked some pieces from GP pour Ferrari more than Panerai pour Ferrari, but don't forget that GP was making watches for Ferrari during a much longer period than Panerai did.    While I have been devotedly buying selected pieces from GP pour Ferrari as well as Panerai pour Ferrari, I would be interested to see what Hublot has to offer for Ferrari. 

One thing I do hope is that this time around, Hublot would have a better grip on the licensing issues such that we won't see lower quality Ferrari watches alongside the Hublot ones in the market.

.... just don't belong on a watch dial IMO, and if they haven't understand it by now they never will, the partnership with GP was a fiasco and also the one with Panerai, I've see the last with a discount of 40-50% openly in their counter at my AD, that says enough I think !

Meaning made and matching cars' production number, could work I guess.

Hublot is getting crazy and reminding me of AP spinning out of control with too many Offshore SE renditions.  Also, I hate these co-promotions with cars.  These are luxury items and should stand on their own name.

Why do you think there will be a Panerai x Hublot watch?    Or was that a typo?
