Can anyone tell me how to adjust the size of the stainless strap?

You have to unscrew the screws on the side of the bracelet
See the screws on the side in the below picture? You need to loosen the screw with a screwdriver, slide the screw out, take the bracelet link(s) out, and then slide screw back in and tighten.
If this is your first time doing this, be careful of not letting the screwdriver head slip off the screwhead groove. If it does, you'll probably end up making a small scratch on the bracelet.

Those teeny, tiny screws won't budge. i may just have to make an inconvenient trip to an AD because sadly I DID scratch the bracelet (slightly).
In the meantime I popped the spring loaded pins and put on an OEM rubber strap!

I have done all of my strap changes and bracelet adjustments for 10 years and never had that happen, but I am cognizant of it every time. IMO, the reason people strip screw heads or slip and cause a scratch is because they are not pushing the screwdriver firmly enough. You have to apply enough force and with steady hands just know it will not slip.

The threat of physical harm increased my desire to find my way to the AD for resizing.
