PAM 104M trade in price
I have a PAM 014M (2010) in near mint condition as it was just polished by Panerai and I am going to trade it in for a PAM 024. I have every everything including 3 extra straps and the boxes and papers. They are willing to give me $4200 for it...is this a good deal?

A good deal is when both buyer and seller are happy with the transaction
I won't comment on the price since we don't discuss aftermarket prices here, but just do a quick search on google or ebay for your PAM104 and you'll see what the going price is for it. It'll give you a good idea on pricing IMO.
But in any case, I do think you're making the right move for trading up for a PAM24. It's a better watch IMO.
