Long time that I don't grab the Classic.

Omega, IWC and JLC composes the core of my tastes and this chronograph has a special place on my meager group.

This one with the pompous name (Portugieser Chronograph Classic - IW390404), IMHO, is gorgeous.

Perfect in terms of size (case, crown and pushers), movement and complications (It's a flyback).

Long power reserve (68 hours), a true Classic. The Santoni strap, complements the combo.

Love the applied hour markers and the composed hours/minutes chronograph

And a classic design as well. I like it a lot, but in recent years I've had what Art terms "chronograph fatigue" and have by and large stuck with time and time/date complications only.

Congratulations on this piece. It will be worthy consideration if ever I get a chrono back in my small collection.

Had that but I was able to recover and today I'm back to a deep chronograph frenzy.

Just sold my DSOTM and today I'm grabbing a Grey Side.
