Nice looking watch, a bit on the large size.
However, I do believe it is worth while to consider such a nice piece.
"Big Ingenieur" the 7-day was not popular then and I don't know where it's at today

This is a good example of why I disliked IWC so much under Kern
A ridiculous size at 45+mm compounded by the integrated link, which would make it wear even larger.
And then it has "Ingenieur" on the dial but no soft iron cage to give it any anti-magnetic property, as it gave way to a transparent caseback to showboat the movement. All style, no substance.
It's as if they produced a watch with "Aquatimer" on the dial, but no water resistance.

Not me - Why should I be interested in a watch that had an association with Zidane
Or even Hamilton despite the fact that I am an F1 fan. Associations like these are mostly meaningless to serious watch collectors.
Yes big, but wears smaller. Had one and the combo of the champagne dial with the rose gold along with the red from the power reserve was killer. Alas, even though it wore well - 46mm is 46mm. Enjoyed it but had to let it go. [nt]
