Singer on the back of the dial
One of the many ways to tell is if the words "Singer" appear on the back of the dial.
It looks original to me.

It is hard to say from bad picture & no serial. But the Rolex crown is quite unusual.
Here are a few of the more typical crown. I am excluding the Bart as yours is obviously not a Bart.
Again I am just showing examples and not drawing conclusions. These are 5513 gilt T<25 example 1964-1966 ish.
What is the serial number of the watch.
