two watch collection, and rolex 16710
Hello everyone,
I am currently hoping to acquire a rolex 16710 (any bezel variation)
I was hoping to find a full set box and papers under 10k (is this no longer possible?!)
I am not too picky about the dial etc, but want a solid end-link bracelet.
This is my first time buying a used rolex and I am not sure where the best places to look are.
The places I have looked so far have been
1. bob's watches
2. chrono24
3. crown and caliber
Any suggestions on where else I may look?

You can choose from at least 5 alternatives
2. A local brick & mortar dealer who specializes in used Rolexes (or in decreasing value, an antique store, pawnshop, etc.)
3. An internet dealer who specializes in used Rolexes
4. A consolidator website that presents many dealers' inventory (such as Chrono24)
5. An enthusiast website, such as this one, who has a seller's corner or marketplace
Each will require a bit of work, and some diligence in sorting out the offers and ensuring the watch is genuine.

I think that the prices for 16710 are through the roof at present
This is probably reflecting all of the hype / speculation that goes around the Pepsi ceramic that got introduced this year, having a spillover effect on a basic Pepsi 16710.
Have you considered an Explorer II 16570? It's virtually the same watch except for the bezel, and can be had for about half the price of a 16710.
If I was down to a 2 watches collection, it would be my A.L&S 1815 Up/Down and my Polar 16570. Such a versatile watch.

But agreed the new gmt seems to have affected the 16710 a bit. Thus hoping to maybe get a reasonably priced black bezel and switch out the bezel
