I understood the reason for various...
companies to produce “Black” versions of Rolex sports models, after all it was only a coating over a Rolex.
Rolex should have produced a black version of the Submariner, as it was a logical move, however in this case I’m not comfortable with a watch that uses the Rolex name and has very little remaining of a Rolex.

I know that the purists are all upset but I love it. I think it’s cool and a great non-conformist choice. Looks awesome.
