I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend.Sunday spent with good friends and few drinks and plenty of laughs. 
This one is Lillet & Tonic.
One part Lillet Blanc and twi parts tonic and ice.
Top your drink with a simple slice of fresh orange to enhance.

Great white / Rose substitute when you just don’t feel like opening a bottle of wine…great with tonic or seltzer…we drink it on the boat in the summer…

How do you add the quinine? To me a Vesper tastes great without but the original recipe had quinine. Powder?

Never had quinine in a Vesper. Gin, vodka and Lillet with a lemon twist.
