New strap that makes it pop even more. I am a huge fan of the FXD and wear this and the original blue dial often. It ticks so many boxes and allows me to wear a stunning watch in today’s World Capital cities with all the risks that brings.

Could not agree more. I am more and more tempted to swich to Tudor, when travelling back to Europe. FXD is on my hit list for long time. Love it
I am a fan of the FXD, but lost faith in the OEM Velcro strap.
It has become unfastened but didn’t fall off while getting rolled in the surf surfing, and did fall off after a jack knife off the diving board (thankfully in a pool so recoverable). I bought this watch specifically because my bronze IWC Aquatimer had the very insecure quick release strap system that kept releasing on me. I need to find a strap I like for the FXD. This perlon is kinda stiff imo.
Try a Bonetto Cinturini 328 rubber Nato
It can easily be converted to a single pass strap by removing the pins that hold the second layer.
The strap is reasonably thin, very pliable, and secure. Comes in a variety of colors, too.

I don't like hearing that about the OEM velcro
Frankly it doesn't FEEL very secure. The velcro part comes unstuck too easily for comfort. I'm sorry you proved that to be so!
I've mostly been wearing mine on elastic MN-style straps from the watch steward
The Velcro is a pain.
Buy FXD is so versatile it looks and feels great on so many strap options.
