New 5513
Just picked this up a few days ago after vacillating for about a month. I love the clean condition of the case, the domed crystal, and the minimalist text. As I posted a month ago, I was worried at first from the dealer’s photos that the hands might be replacement hands with luminova. But when I saw the watch in the metal I could tell the hands are tritium too, just with slightly less patina than the markers. One concession to comfort: I swapped the bracelet out for a modern glidelock (while keeping the original). So this is about as perfect for me as a watch can get; very happy!
To some this could be classified as a franken, but in truth your 'new' 5513 looks fantastic so wear it in good health and enjoy

I was thinking about doing the same bracelet swap with my 16800 but had read that the seal bracelets wouldn’t fit those earlier cases well. Did you have to do anything special, or is it ok as is?
