Tudor Pelagos FXD Chrono Cycling Edition
I”m in Switzerland for a few days. I happened to see this new Pelagos in a shop window and went in to try it on.
I thought it looked very nice. It’s extremely light but still feels robust. I much prefer the strap with the tang buckle over the Velcro strap on the Red Bull version. It makes the normal 42mm Pelagos seem heavy by comparison!
In reality it didn’t look or wear like a 43mm case.

I saw that watch promoted and I kind of like the look of it
but I can't imagine why they call it a cycling watch, how could you read it while riding? I couldn't read my Daytona if my life depended on it.

Yes, it definitely seems best suited to someone in a support car rather than a cyclist.

It’s good looking, it’s not an homage to a Rolex model and it uses interesting materials. What’s not to like.
I love this watch so much as a cyclist but the black and red may just be a bit too sinister looking for me. Really hoping they stick with this carbon case thing.
When trying it on, the red did not strike me as sinister.
It’s quite muted. It’s not “!!RED!!”. I really liked the choice of colours.
