Rolex Day Date 36 or 40
I have a large but not huge wrist and since I don't have access to a 36m day date I was looking for opinions if the 36m would wear too small.
I normally wear 40m.
Definitely an “ask the audience” one, and the answer is 36mm. Almost 70 years of production, 99% of those sold must be 36mm.
The 40mm is a monstrosity in my opinion, loses all charm.
For me DD36 is the best!
I have 2 DD36s. A PT and YG. I wear a range of size watches from 36mm to 47mm. All have a place and I love them all! For DD the 36mm is just such a classic size!

It can wear a little small but…I think it kind of suits the model of watch and as a bonus you can easily share the watch with your significant other if it falls out of your rotation.
