...would be much more expensive ;-)
Cheers

No way!
The 16 750 is already a collector, compared to the 16 700.
It is a transitional model, much rarer than the next GMTs.
It is more expensive, and that is logical, to me.
And that's nothing.
When you'll " attack " the Vintage Subs, it is even worst!

...Hi SEB, warmly welcome to the best watch forum around
Buy them both, or the one you feel best about wearing.
If you would have asked me 1 year back, would I have said why purchase a second hand one, purchase a new watch!
Now I would probably be "yaeing" after Nicolas on the "oldest" one, the "more" vintage, with the hesalite, for the patina and the glow etc
Also maybe you should look at what the wath should be used for? Daily wear or just occasionally.
And how is the rest of your collection. Either today or what you would like to aim for in say 2-5-10years
But at the end of the day only one can answer...yourself
But anyway, looking forward to wristshot and conclusion on your purchase :-9
Best regards
Hans
Today my collection consists of a "new" Rolex Daytona with white dial which I bought two years ago and a more vintage Omega Speedmaster that my dad purchased the year I was born. I use the Daytona way more than the Speedmaster but I don't know if this is due to the fact that it is a Rolex or that it is new. However I am excited to expand my collection with the GMT "pepsi".
What do you think about the price? GBP 3200, is it fai for a watch without a box, certificate and other documents?
... I believe publictly onthe forum.
I have sent you a personal message.
Great with the Daytona. I have one with a white dial (which I ctually basically never use). I also have a Speedmaster from my year, which I purchased myself in December 2009. My daily beater is Tur-O-Graph, again with white dial.
On prices and bargain
I have done many bargains in my life. The ones I really recall in details are either:
a) where I really purchased at a good low price (but do not remember the purchase quality good/bad or, and probably have sold it on again)
b) Where I still have the piece. Maybe I purchased it for a OK to high price, but the quality and condition is superb. The price of the piece have I "forgotten"
Today I prefer the later b) variant

I'd go for the 1675... It would have been different if the 26750 had the painted indexes, instead of the circled.
But in this case, I would prefer this 2675, even if the case has been polished.
Best,
Nicolas
