to do the TV the Saint which ran from around 1962 through 1969, so he was not available.   I believe that again he was unavailable for Diamonds are Forever as he was part of the short lived TV show The Persuaders, with Tony Curtis.  Roger was considered for the roll of Bond more than once, but scheduling and contractual obligations kept him from being Bond prior to Live and Let Die.

I think the girl in the first photo is one of Blofeld's Angels of Death - the girls with allergies being brainwashed to do Blofelds killing.

Diana Rigg played the Contessa, who becomes Mrs Bond before meeting her end.
