Personally, I find that the blue dial kills the Madness and the strenght of this Milgauss a bit, but this is just my yaste and opinion.

Of course it is a nice watch but even if I love blue... I prefer the black dial version(s).

adds a bit of spice to the watch
The shade of the blue gives it a "high tech" feeling which I feel makes the Milgauss stands out more

personally I prefer the black dialed version.
But as more have mentioned: buy what you like!!
Milgauss Z Blue
I love the blue Milgauss... so much so that i recently acquired one! I find the blue dial more interesting/unusual looking than the black dial (though that one is nice too) .
I say go for it if you like it! It is a watch that really "grew" on me.
I think you need to put the two black and blue on your wrist.
You will know right away which fits you best.
