Dear Sascha, it's all about passion. We all share it here. Nevertheless, some posts look like ads and in Germany you are therefore no longer in the forums (R-L-X and Watchlounge).

The reason why I voluntarily left the forums in Germany is that the mutual contact with each other took forms that did not fit my ideas. Things like respect, tolerance and esteem are very important for me and increasingly missing in these forums.

This is Jason, we met in Amsterdam last year! I just today joined WatchProSite and then looked at Hublot and remembered you from the boutique opening! Hello!
I believed from the brand representative when we were there that you also worked for Hublot as a consultant and receiving fees too? Like Nicole said, did you now stop this and being paid for work and trips to Hublot, Heuer and for Zenith watch? It is a shame if you finish as from our short talk and with your friends it seemed as if you were creating a great thing.

As stated to Nicole i was never working for Hublot. I am close to JCB and also to RG and i am part of the Hublotista community. We as a group of Hublot collectors are organizing the independent Hublotista community and things like events. That was the reason why i was in Amsterdam together with a couple of Hublotista (which of course have all paid for their trip and hotel themselves including me). My most important benefit out of all of this is that i am close to the brand of my heart and to people i really like. Meanwhile i know a lot of people at Hublot and so i can share all i know and all i learn with you all. And i share all the communities feedback with Hublot.

This is German Sasha right who I met in Amsterdam boutique opening evening and big party - a doctor from near Munich if I remember rightly? I do remember you had a magic gold on your arm but not that it was a complication which is why I believed you are the same person?
I was excited and lucky to be at the ICC on Saturday following a last minute Hublot invitation for me and my best friend where we witnessed us triumph to an historic cricket victory The hospitality was really excellent as was our win When making small talk over lunch and after champagne I told them that I had only recently found this site and whom I thought was you but now maybe you are different people? The top guys I was stood with said they know of this site and even mentioned a Sasha with some other names; I asked more as remembered your message when I joined and they told me you were an independant consultant for the past number couple of years for the LVMH watch brands and that they had in the past employed and organised to fly you to Switzerland for advice and your guidance? Of course it was not polite for me or quite frank any of my business to ask more over casual chit-chat but do not understand why you are being so defensive as I would believe it is an honor to work for these brands and receive these things. I am a newbie on WatchProSite with only a modest few watches so maybe I am wrong to say this online and not said in anyway to offend.

But I am not an employee of Hublot and never was.
I know Jean-Claude Biver quite well and am friends with him. And from time to time he also asks for my opinion, but only as a customer, watch collector and friend.
For some, this closeness may look like working for JCB, but that's not the case.
As the one who is currently reviving the Hublot community along with some other Hublotista, I have a lot of contact with Hublot and of course speak to the people in Nyon. Feedback is one of the most important things a community can give a brand. But the community is just as independent of Hublot as I am.
The ICC was certainly a great experience. Did you took pictures there? I have never seen a cricket game before. But at some point I'll catch up.

Nice to read your message. I do not so clearly understand but does not really make a change, it seems that they had a different opinion as were talking about being an independent consultant to fly you regularly to visit the factory and told me like you did about a community and your team at BaselWorld. He told me you had the same role in past or now for Zenith? It is not my business, but pleased you do a hobby and work with them together, it would be my dream with a brand.

Sascha and I are friends of Mr. Biver and long time friends of the brand and sharing the same passion for Hublot.

Yes we are very close to Hublot, but not working for them.

Sascha and I we will bring the Hublotista Community to live again, in cooperation with Hublot but independently, that‘s why we quit forums, except the Purists.

We will have soon our own domain and we are very excited about that, because then we may have contact to the Hublotista and everybody who is interested in Hublot, having a Hublot watch or not.
