A 70’s wristwatch that continues running strong after this years service!
I will put the original bracelet for a little but I want a new bracelet (maybe a mesh!!??) to protect the original one!

I would suggest a “lobster tail” bracelet. I think that’s how they are called.

I’m glad to help your fathers watch to get the best of themselves, because I appreciate so much the watches my late father gave me and I want others to enjoy theirs to the maximum.

Maybe you can get not the same reference but something similar that were so common in the 70’s.

When I used to lurk antiques bazaars I saw a lot of this kind on bracelets for sale.

Good look in your hunt and please, share pictures of your watch when you find a nice bracelet.
