Seiko introduced the 7T59 more than 40 years ago. At that time it was the fastest analog chronograph around (quartz or mechanical) and itβs still fast enough for me. The two-tone color scheme has come and gone from fashion several times in those decades.

And yes (dear reader, as they say) I have written about it before.

but I picked it up today and it showed the correct date which amazed me.

I needed to write an article to get over a milestone, and this is as good as any a watch to feature, especially as I just discovered how to splice full-speed and slow-mo together for a YouTube video.
