70’s Quartz
I was gifted this watch in 1978. Way before I knew a damn thing about watches. Glad I kept it though. Still keeps perfect time and has held up remarkably well. As it’s relatively small at 34mm, my wife loves to wear it. Ref. 7546-8139.

Watch as a gift already has some association, an occasion at the onset .. vs buying one for oneself and waiting to build memories.
