The vertical clutch actuates cleanly and pleasantly without stutter and returns the chrono hand crisply.

When the watch is viewed from the side, one can see that GS cleverly found a way to ensure that the pushers and the crown are not staggered, but on the same level, belying the modular chronograph construction. 

The date mechanism has also been integrated into the module, not the base movement, so when viewed from the dial, the date display is not buried deep within the watch nor is it in need of magnification via a cyclops lens.

That watch is just loaded with character. I suspect you’ll never get tired of wearing it. Love the lions crest on the rotor. Thanks for sharing and wear it in good health!!
