I recall I got this watch due to your posts too lol!

go to the Cartier boutique in the hotel lobby this morning...It is a gorgeous watch...I'm thinking now, tempted too, might I add, so I got a Montblanc pen to solve my current "pen problem" to soothe the itch for a while ;-)

i hope it can soothe your itch for a while more
Did you look at the crown of this Cartier Tank LC and wind it? i love the crown and its details

I thought it would be too small to wind, but it actually was pretty nice. Smooth too, but I still hasn't reached the smoothness of the GO or Lange yet, IMO.
As for the pen, just got the "basic" Meisterstuck Legrand ballpoint pen. Helps me learn how to write again, I hope ;-)

Good choice on the Legrand size for your Montblanc pen. The most balanced size IMHO

It does look better with a long sleeve shirt though. Somehow long sleeves make the watch look more balanced (less big) and also complements the elegance of the watch

But.... Please don't apologise for how you perceive other will think of your beautiful watch as you wear it.  It's an elegant watch, it has no flaw.  If you go around pointing out that you think it's a tad too big, others will kindly agree.  Rather, if you wear it confidently, they will compliment you on your astute taste in watches.   This message has been edited by elanoftroy on 2015-09-19 02:21:19
