Cartier

I've almost certainly decided on one Cartier or another.  Does anyone have recommendations on an authorized dealer in NYC or in the VA/MD/DC area?  About how much off can I expect to negotiate?  I'm considering grey market, but would prefer to go w/ an AD even if the price is a little higher.
