Cartier

Strangely enough, I never took pictures of any Santos Dumont. I don't know why because it is a watch I appreciate thanks to its case shape!

I corrected this mistake yesterday by visiting the Cartier Opera Boutique in Paris.

I like this gathering of power reserve  and of large date displays... they work great on the square dial.

I will come back to this watch later.

Thank you for reminding us of a model line that does not get much attention.

The bezel lines are clean but maybe too simple for people?

The dial layout, function display and presumably the movement seems familiar.  Is there another watch that uses this open date window at 12 o'clock and power reserve at 6 o'clock orientation?
