I am thinking about a new Journe. I have a CB and will have a CO soon. What could be next, that is different and achievable. I heard that they are sold out for all of 2022.

I think and hope, for most members here, watches are about passion. My own rule is,if a watch keeps me sleepless and I can’t live without it, I will buy it. If not, it was just a passing phase and I will spend my money and time on better things. Well, that’s me. We each have our motives.
I had a look at your previous posts, and you are clearly not a novice in buying nice watches. Perhaps if you gave us some of your own considerations towards that next purchase we could engage in a meaningful discussion.
Perhaps an Octa?
Octa Lune or Octa Automatique are both in my radar. I believe there is a regular production Octa Automatique that will follow the special edition launched on Monday.

Sorry for my blunt post. I was lazy to type too much on iphone.
I generally like clean airy dials 38-40mm and in this case, I would like something that captures the essence of Journe. Thats' how I picked CB in 2015 and CO in 2020.
I am refreshing my collection a bit and wondering if there is another Journe design that complements what I have.
I am tending towards the Boutique QP or Lune. Both have strong Journe design elements I think. I am not sure about Resonance on my wrist.

Those are both great options.
They both use the Octa movement which is a great and precise movement. Getting an automatic caliber is also something that would complement your other pieces nicely. A great thing about the Octa caliber is the long power reserve. If you like to change watches often, there is a good chance you don’t need to set it up again.
The Lune has the most iconic dial layout and has a romantic charm to it. This piece goes all the way back to the beginning and has had a few updates along the way. This would make a great choice.
The redesigned QP has gotten very popular with seasoned Journe collectors, I think the new, very clean dial design is a bit less characteristic of FPJ but it is, non the less, a really nice design. I’m not generally a fan of perpetual calendars, as I I’m not captured by the complication, but that’s just me personally. FP designed it with a quick setup under the lugs so you avoid the typical pushers. Also he puts his own touch on the complication by make it with instantaneous change. A great piece and of course a perpetual calendar enjoys a certain respect among the more difficult complications.
It’s one of Journe s most difficult and complex movements to assemble, and require his most experienced watch makers.

Lune - platinum and red gold dial
how will this look? Normally platinum case + grey dial OR red gold case + red gold dial. Thinking of switching..Can't find a picture on the Internet.

While I like the pink dials, I LOVE the white gold ones. They are so much nicer than in pictures. They are not really grey irl. Rather a subtle tone of taupe.

Rose gold case and white gold dial is often a great combination in Journe but not one which one sees too often.
