I too recently went skiing but brought a watch that I could only put on after skiing.I realized that during skiing taking out the phone to look at the time has been a hassle and I missed a lot having a watch on my wrist. So I decided buying a sports watch for my summer and winter vacations, it’s probably going to be the ceramic bathyscaphe, how was it for you, did you miss having a watch on your wrist on the pistes?
I used to wear my Sea Dweller all the time boarding.

But haven’t done that in several years. To be honest I’m fine without it; I still wear a Garmin while boarding (just to track the runs, vertical etc) and then I also have my Apple Watch which I wear when I’m not on the mountain. Maybe another use case scenario for an Elegante !
I’ll check the Garmin, it might be better for the mountain, also I could use it in the gym too, I need a watch to better time my sets there, but hey, Elegante is always a cool option, would love to see a snow shot with elegante on your wrist, guess it’s going to be next year though, spring has arrived.
I’m also thinking for skiing and hiking and maybe some swimming during summer. Never thought that I would need a smart watch but your Garmin idea somehow clicked, I’ll definitely check them out
