If NIB, they may be close in "sticker" price, however, experientially, given the initial anticipated demand, it will likely be a year (or later) when any reasonable discounting will occur. I have heard but cannot confirm in the mid $50k - $60k range.
Wherever you live, there will be few trickling in (I know of someone who pre-ordered) and they will demand top dollar.
There are Resonances currently available NIB and you can work with AD's on them...
Also, there are a few, stunning, pre-owned Resonance pieces out there. Negotiating for a pre-owned mint piece from a reputable WIS relationship, should be easier.
A final thought; if you find a nice pre-owned Resonance and buy it right, you can possibly sell it later and buy the Centigraph without a major loss
